Having discussed your requirements and date all you have to do is place a provisional booking with us. Within 14 days of placing the provisional booking we will require a non-refundable deposit of £500.00and written confirmation (if not already done so). We will reply, confirming details of your booking and enclosing your receipt for the deposit paid. Should we not receive a deposit within 14 days we will be obliged to release the provisional booking. Six months before the function date, prices will be confirmed to you and dishes will be agreed.
Prices are correct at the time of printing but may be subject to change. A firm price will be confirmed to you 6 months before your function. All prices are inclusive of the current rate of VAT.
No room hire charge will be made for a function, if the number of guests on the day is greater than the minimum number agreed with the hotel booking. If the number of guests on the day is less than the minimum number agreed for the room chosen, we reserve the right to make a full charge for each person short of the final number which you would confirm no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. A room hire charge will normally apply to all bookings that do not meet with the minimum numbers stated.
If you unfortunately have to cancel your function, Holiday Inn retains the amount shown below in lieu of cancellation:
a) If the cancellation occurs 1-4 weeks before a Smaller Function: 50%
b) If the cancellation occurs 1-4 weeks before a Larger Function: 90%
c) If the cancellation occurs less than one week before any Function: 100%
However, if you re-book the function on the same terms at later date and another booking has filled the space you have cancelled we may be able to waive cancellation charges (manager’s discretion).
