We have a selection of 6 separate meeting rooms, all of which can be arranged to meet your particular needs, with rooms that offer a capacity of up to 350 people. The Holiday Inn has the facilities to hold small and large meetings, press conferences, interviews and team building exercises, with facilities such as whiteboards, microphones, DVD players, LCD projectors, Wi-Fi, overhead projectors, lanterns, flipcharts and markers and even VCR rental and refreshments. Conference and Meeting Rooms in Southampton

The Holiday Inn Southampton features six well appointed meeting spaces capable of accommodating up to 200 delegates. Wireless internet is available throughout, allowing everyone to get on-line and stay connected via their laptop or hand-held device.

Air conditioning is available throughout our Southampton meeting rooms.  All of the rooms are located on the ground floor in the conference suite and there is a dedicated conference host to look after all requests and requirements on the day. Coffee stations within the conference suite serve Seattle Best freshly ground coffee throughout the day for your delegates to help themselves whenever they wish.

Want somewhere to prepare before the meeting? Our bar and lounge area serves hot beverages from 8am onwards, allowing guests and non-guests the chance to sit in comfort before their day begins. Even after your meeting is over the bar is a great place to unwind, open until 11pm enjoy a drink before you head up to bed for the night.
